Return Policy


  1. REFUNDS

Refunds are available to customers within 7 days of product delivery. In order to receive a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • Product(s) must be returned along with original packaging
  • Product(s) must be unused and not damaged.
  • Receipt or proof of purchase is required.

If the listed conditions are not met, JayBella Hair Boutique reserves the right to refuse a refund.
